Course Feature

• Course Duration: 6 months
• Total Intake: 40

Eligibility

• Male & Female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Should have completed 17 years as of 31st December of the admission year.
• Pass in +2 Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized board of the country.
• The candidate must have passed all the above-mentioned subjects individually.
• The candidate must be a permanent resident of Odisha.

OR

Son, daughter or spouses of:

1. i) Employee of Govt. of Odisha. ii) Defense Personnel posted in Odisha/Employee of Govt. of India working in Odisha. iii) Member of All India Services (Odisha Cadre) serving within/outside Odisha iv) Employee of Govt. of India Undertaking/Govt. of Odisha Undertaking located in Odisha. Such claims should be supported by a certificate of service of parents or spouse from a competent Authority.

OR

Odia belonging to outlying Odia speaking tracks (as defined by Government of Odisha, P.& S. Dept., Resolution No.13411 Gen. dated 8.8.69, as amended from time to time). Such candidates must have Odia as M.I.L. in H.S.C. or equivalent examination and shall furnish the certificate of authenticity of their domicile from the appropriate authority of the locality or H.S.C. certificate showing Odia as M.I.L.

OR

An Indian National (including NRI) other than those mentioned above would be eligible for admission into Private Colleges only & not Government Colleges, subject to the condition that, their cases would be considered after all candidates belonging to above are exhausted.

NB: In case of equivalent examinations, the equivalency certificate from the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) must be submitted by the candidate. Where a consolidated list of such equivalent examinations has already been notified by the CHSE and the name of the Board is in the list, the submission of an equivalency certificate will not be required. However, the institutions shall obtain the authenticity of the marksheet and pass certificates and submit them at the time of form fill up in the Board failing which the candidature will be rejected and action as deemed fit shall be initiated.

Admission Requirement

The following certificates/documents have to be submitted along with the duly filled Application form (Originals + 4 Photo Copies):

• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.
• 10th and +2 Marksheet and certificates.
• Migration Certificate.
• Caste Certificate (except General candidates)
• Residence Certificate
• Passport Size Photographs (5 Nos.)
• Aadhaar Copy
