Nursing<\/h3><p><strong>Course Feature<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Course Duration: 2 Years<\/li><li>Total Intake: 25<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Medical-Surgical Nursing<\/li><li>Child Health Nursing<\/li><li>Obstetrics and gynaecology Nursing<\/li><li>Community Health Nursing<\/li><li>Psychiatric Nursing<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The candidates must be a Domicile of Odisha \/permanent resident of Odisha \/ native of Odisha (Applicable for candidates taking admission in Govt. counselling only).<\/li><li>The candidate must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife of ONMRC or equivalent of any other state nursingcouncil.<\/li><li>The minimum educational requirement shall be B.Sc. Nursing \/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from the institution recognized by the INC\/ONMRC.<\/li><li>In case of candidates belonging to SC\/ST, the minimum educational requirements shall be B.Sc. Nursing \/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from the institution recognized by INC\/ONMRC.<\/li><li>In case a candidate has registered his\/her name in another State Nursing Council, will be allowed to participate in the state selection process and after admission, the selected candidates have to get registered under ONMRC and submit their reciprocal registration certificate at the respective college within three months from the last date of admission.<\/li><li>In case the selected candidate fails to produce the reciprocal registration certificate within the stipulated period action as deemed fit will be taken by the State Nursing Selection Committee, Odisha.<\/li><li>\u00a0The candidate must have a minimum of one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing or one-year work experience before or after post-Basic B.Sc. nursing.<\/li><li>One year of \u201cWork experience\u201d either in teaching or clinical field or together will be taken into consideration as under:<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>One year of work experience will be counted w.e.f. from the date of joining after RN and RM registration from the concerned State Nursing Council to the last date of submission of the application form.<\/li><li>In clinical- working as a staff Nurse from any Hospital of Govt., Govt. Undertaking, Public Sector Undertaking, Govt empanelled hospitals Referral Hospital (Govt. &amp;Private) \/E.S.I Hospital approved by the state Govt\/Govt. of India for treatment of their employees.<\/li><li>In teaching- working as a Tutor \/CI from INC\/ONMRC recognized Nursing Institutions.<\/li><li>The experience certificate submitted by the applicants will be verified by the Convener of Nodal Selection Committee at the District level for confirmation\/ genuineness from the concerned hospital (for clinical experience) or from the concerned institution (for teaching experience).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Candidate shall be medically fit for the course.<\/li><li>Candidate must have passed minimum M.E standard Odia.<\/li><li>Both Female and Male candidates are eligible to apply.\u00a0<\/li><li>The in-service candidates must have obtained a \u201cNo Objection Certificate\u201d from the concerned appointing authority. If any candidate is unable to get their No Objection Certificate from the concerned appointing authority on or before the last date of submission of the online application form, he\/she can upload a copy of the application submitted to the authority for issue of No Objection Certificate. But if the candidate does not obtain the NOC at the time of reporting in institutions the admission shall be rejected and the seat will be treated as vacant for special round counseling.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Admission Requirement<\/strong><\/p><p>The following certificates\/documents have to be submitted along with the duly filled Application form (Originals + 4 Photo Copies):<\/p><ul><li>Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.<\/li><li>10th and +2 Marksheet and certificates.<\/li><li>UG Provisional \/ Degree Certificate.<\/li><li>UG mark
